  It one of the best Citibank branches. I would've given them 5 stars but they made a rule that they would take one bag of coins only once a week. Other than that is excellent. Thank you.

  incompetent staff. Asked the girl if I could transfer money from one account to another and she said no that I had to do it personally. But yet my boyfriend went to another bank and he was able to transfer money into my account. And then I wanted to open another account and they made a all big fuss and wouldn't do meanwhile its my account in my account and I charge all I want with that money but I cant take it out? That makes no sense! And then I asked to speak to the manager and she was as equally incompetent as the girl was. They were also very rude. I do not recommend this bank at all!!!!

  My favorite citi in brooklyn. Staff is extremely helpful and informed. The location is convenient with a nice parking lot and atms are spacious and private. Overall everything I need in a bank.

  Not a good branch. Poor customer service. Twice I went there needing something from the branch manager and she wasn't there nor was there an assistant manager. The I got attitude when I wanted the bank official to find out what branch had a manager available at that time that would have been convenient for me to get to. Bank officials take long lunches without informing waiting customers. Two days after a snowstorm this winter, the sidewalk, stairs, and ramp hadn't been shoveled and it was very slushy. No community concern.
