  I have to close an account that is a legal estate and the manager is needed to remove a hold. I have everything I need to close but guess what? The manager is not there. Now I have to drive another 45 minutes just to get here again. It's no wonder they closed all of their branches in central Jersey.

  I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews.I was given good customer service upon my recent visit to this bank location.The Bank Manager Tiffany was very informative and helpful along with the Bank Teller Jose G.

  The tellers seem nice but one customer service representative in the back desk was extremely condescending. As I waited in line I saw him speak to one customer in a abrasive tone. As I sat down in the seat waiting to be assisted there were other customers coming to be seen. It wasn’t until 4 of us were waiting that I walked back to see if anyone was still working at their desk and saw him on his computer. Only then did he come over to ask if anyone needed help. It was obvious he wasn’t paying attention to the customers and don’t have their best interest in mind.

  The Young Girl There Is Nasty & She Didn't Cash My Check She Told Me To Go To Hoboken To Cash My Check. I Ask To Speak To Her Manager & She Told Me They Don't Have One. I Needed My Checked Cash To Get Back Home I Had No Money But My 2 Checks From Job. I Had My State ID. I Hate This Bank.

  This is a convenient location if your not driving. There is only street parking around the corner if you can get a spot. However I volunteer near here and I catch public transportation. The banker that helped me was really nice and she was very efficient. I was in and out in no time.
