  After waiting 15 min to open an account, the guy whos been sitting in front of me and saw me come in and sit down tells me i need to make an appointment. I returned the next saturday, opened the account, inquired about checking as it'll be a business account, the rep tells me the first book is free and should arrive in a week or so. 3 weeks later still no checkbook I called the customer service they told me this account never had any checkbook writing services. To make matters worst the check I deposited a week ago is still unavailable even though it cleared on Monday.
