  When going in to speak to a personal banker the wait time is way to long tellers are fast and efficient but if you need to speak to a personal banker make sure you have more than 2 hours of your life to give up bc you will be there for a very loooon time!

  This place is horrible, the wait times are ridiculous, customer service is so poor, and the manager is useless, n the 24 customer service line is useless couldn't get in contact with this branch either, unreal taking my business somewhere else

  I used 2 have both a credit card & a checking account here and as LONG as U had a credit card, no fees and NO minimum balance, well allegedly they sent me a flier in the mail stating that this policy was coming 2 an end the following month which conveniently I NEVER got, well sure enough I got hit with all kinds of fees and what not, I had 2 deal with a gay degenerate manager, worthless little rat, probaly doesn't work there anymore. Screw U Citibank, they should have locked up the bankers 4 the 2008 fiascos! Damn NY'ers R so damn difficult!😠😡
