  Don't be fooled by the updated, sleek look! I'm not even sure the computer terminals are real or just for show. We were asked to fill out our sensitive info (including password clues!) on a paper form that looked like it'd been xeroxed a couple thousand times. Didn't even have a decent table to lean on. After 3 weeks, I'm STILL waiting for my ATM card in the mail -- in addition to the endless waiting at the branch. Given how rinky-dink this operation was, I wouldn't be surprised if they get business done via carrier pigeon.

  Online says branch closes at 6pm and then I got here at 5:45 and they are locked up and closed. Marketing team need to do better Citibank. I rushed over here only for you to be close at 5:30 😡

  Very helpfull and eficient staff... This citigold location is nice but they must to replicate in other branches

  I went to make a deposit for my company. They saved my information maybe 4 times whenever i go they say ok i am going to save i am going to save you. Still didnot save me on their system. And again for like 5th or 6th when i went back there to deposit i forget to take my id and they were angry at me. Like really this is how you do it!!!!
