  The worst branch ever! ALL transactions are performed at the windows. One window open, 5 people in line, took me half an hour to deposit a business check. TERRIBLE service. Definitely the worst there is!

  Just closed my account because Citibank as a whole has been very bad, but this branch is especially bad for wait times and a general DMV attitude toward your business. Don't do it. Go somewhere else.

  Was here 15 minutes,not one other worker,just one teller,9 customers, manager in site for a moment got up and disappeared as well,god forbid of theft,they would be safe and there goes the rest of us.,and the line increases.

  If you would like to waste half of your day, please feel free to visit this branch. The line is always long, and the business line no longer exists. The tellers become annoyed when you hand them too much work to do. You would think they would like that you deposit checks into multiple accounts within their bank. Sheeshhh!! The manager should learn how to delegate her staff accordingly.
