  A disorganized branch, long lines; this is a place where retired people come to chat to each other and to staff; for a busy person this is the wrong bank to do business - there is just no sense of urgency from the folks who work here

  Does the job, but often long lines for both ATMs and tellers.

  Lucia the manager at this branch went above and beyond to help us. However, Citibank's aweful policy for senior citizen accounts still compelled me to close out account there. The overage charges and fees are insane on costunwra with low income. Shameful!
