  Understaffed and unmotivated. One banker is there some of the time. All other staff claims they are unable to open new accounts. I've gone by 3 times now and no one is ever qualified or available. No one answers the phone so don't bother trying to call to make an appt. to schedule a visit. The online site is a software nightmare. I can't even get this bank to open an account for me. I'd say there only positive is that the cashiers at the window seemed pleasant though they gave me wrong information regarding appointment availability.

  When Nelta was there it was 5*+ but it is still great!

  Very good all times I come here. I don't have no complain about it. And thanks all the employees because they all the time have a answers to your questions.

  Had a dreadful experience here. My mother used to always volunteer to put in a check of mine if she was running to the bank anyways, never had a problem. One day my mom informs me that Citibank records show my check was deposited into HER account, and that her check was cashed and taken out at the teller window. This was absolute bologna! My mother never operates that way, she always deposits a check and leaves it in her savings. Also, my mother is very meticulous about such matters and would Never mix up my check with hers. So she and I approached the head of this Grand St. CITIBANK branch. When we explained that someone from the bank Must have stolen the money and we demanded it back, she told us we could not be helped and that the error was somehow ours. My mother and I were NOT taking that as an answer. So we told them we were going to small claims court to retrieve our $150. Shortly after that statement, we received a check from Citibank for the money that was stolen. WHAT A HORRIBLE BRANCH!!

  The ATM has never given me an issue. There are only three though and on the weekend it can get a little backed up.
