  Been doing business with this branch for several years now. The service used to be excellent. It's going down the drain lately with new tellers (except Areli, who is wonderful and polite). The old manager Maria used to help when a long line formed. Nothing like that is happening now. Too bad, because the service used to be much better than TD on 42nd and Ninth or Chase on 42nd and Tenth!

  I used to be able to access the door after hours for ATM use. Now I have problems getting in with the card. It's ok everywhere else.

  Went to get a with draw .They are always friendly. Love them in here .. They are very friendly an always professional kind an I went dancing.
