  My fiancee's bank; few walk-in locations but this is a good one with handicapped parking and easy access/egress through the front doors. Clean, convenient and centrally located in east Las Vegas. Bank representive, April Paragas, (not a teller) decided NOT to give us information that would have benefitted the police? This may be the banks standard procedure, but I found April somewhat aloof and distant during an this investigation of bank account larceny and fraud. This bank is recommended with some reservations!

  This bank is a disaster. They have the worst customer service and charge ridiculous fees.

  I COULDN'T BELIEVE IM IN NORTH TOWN OF LAS VEGAS AND NO BRANCH LOCATION AROUND !!! IM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT CITIBANK IS GETTING WORSE DAY BY DAY WAS MY FAVOR BANK IN EVERY WAY CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE SPECIAL AT TROPICANA BRANCH . Front desk ladies rude. Don't even greet you at all. Hours sucks. Where is that CITIBANK THAT I DEAL FOR MORE THAN 35 years.!!! I continue with you CAUSE ONLY ONE REASON THE FAITH OF U CAMING BACK AND DO BETTER.
