  Fraudulent. Sent a transfer of $1,000. Still don’t know where it is. The bank never picks up their phone and customer service gives me the run around including an inaccurate fax number. It is a shame for such a big Bank. Beware

  Have you hired new people in your Fraud department? Supposedly banking companies need to support criminal investigations but they keep stalling not sending any paperwork to the local law enforcement. It seems Citibank does not take seriously wire fraud, identify theft.

  One star is too many! Any interaction I have had with Citibank can be best described as financial FRAUD!

  I was expecting a wire transfer from Egypt to make it to Cleveland. The money got stuck in this bank for more than 10 days, with NO ways of tracking the wire. How is that even possible? The bank in Egypt and in Cleveland both confirmed there should be a way for an intermediary bank (in this case Citibank) to locate a wire, especially if they were the ones holding it up!! Now WHERE IS MY MONEY CITIBANK? CAN I EVER REACH THE WIRE DEPARTMENT? 600$ NOW GONE because you don't want to locate a wire, or because you screwed up the wire transfer process. JEEZ!!!!
