  Wait time before the people waiting were able to grab someone to even acknowledge the waiting area: 45 minutes Who proceeded to tell us to wait longer for someone else because he couldn't help us When I finally got to someone, they took 30 minutes to print out 6 month statements for a closed account. Almost an hour and a half to print three pages. There's a reason that account is closed.

  The teller was very unfriendly the black lady with the braided hair she throw the deposit slip without saying thank you. It's like she don't want to be there.
