  30 year customer and former employee from NYC. Called to setup a meeting to discuss mortgage refinance and credit card review. Branch was busy 5 times that each time sent to a customer service number where I wanted to talk onsite on Saturday at 1000 am in clifton with a relationship manager Poor service to route client to a place where they do not want to go I see why this branch only has 2.6 rating

  Rude as hell. A young teller named Jeremy lied to me just to get me off his back and didn't give me any options to try to help me. And told me "it's not my problem" when I told him I needed a new card. Ridiculous.
