::I am writing to express my gratitude to Caliope, the branch manager. There are many companies out there that like to talk about the customer service experience they provide. In my 2 years working with Caliope Manalakis, not only has she repeatedly gone above and beyond in her efforts to provide the highest level of customer service possible, she is also extremely astute when it comes to the needs of my small business and her advice has proved to be extremely valuable. A tremendous asset to Citibank to say the least.

::I Went there to cash my check and have every form of ID Except My license and they would not help me I Had Birth Certicate and Social Security Card And other Photo ID but no help also waited 40 mins smh

::I have a small business in Farmingdale and at some point an issue came up with my account that said it was going to be closed with no warning. We have about 20 different companies that deposit their funds electronically into our account and that money would have bounced back. Plus we have written thousands of dollars worth of checks that would have bounced. When I asked for help from the branch manager Kali, and Agnes, they were all over it. Kali made repeated phone calls, sent emails, and got through to the right people to reinstate my account at the last minute. She was even working on it after the bank closed. Fortunately, everything worked out and the account was reinstated. Electronic funds did not get bounced back, checks didn't bounce, and the problem that was causing the account to be closed was resolved with her help. Thank you Citibank Farmingdale Branch for saving us a lot of inconvenience!

::I just waited on line at this branch for 45 minutes and received no help. They need to hire more people to service their customers on high volume times, such as Saturdays. There were at least 4 different people on line waiting for help at a desk ahead of me, and at least 15 different people on line waiting for a teller. I have been a customer here for years, and am very shocked at the lack of customer service available at this branch.
