::Dear Mr. Richard Gonzalez this has been so far the worst experience I ever had with city bank. This location has to greatly improve their customer service, long lines of up to 2 hours. Pictures of this location show the amount of customers and the lack of representatives that are aveilable. As a long time loyal customer of city bank I would like to make this my home branch, I would really considered doing that if changes are made to provide better services to all your loyal guest.

::Waiting very three hours for service and after quick bite to eat came back all of a sudden we called u after waiting lost your spot only two customer service reps t their customer service is lousy n unpredictable

::I had various issues with this bank and their cust service. The 1st issue was that a check that i was depositing got stuck in one of their atm machines, so i inmediately called their cust service and the girl told me that she couldnt get a person to help me at the time because it was a holiday (president's day); so ok, understandable....so she asked me if i needed help with anything else and i said yes, so i told her that i ordered a new card back in Oct. And i never received it. So she tells me that she was going to send me another one and i told her to switch my address bcuz the mailing address in the account it was my old one. Supposedly she did and still never received it. So i called again, and another person told me they were sending me another card on Mon. that just passed and i didnt receive. So i went Mon. night to the bank to ask for a provisional card and they didnt give it to me bcuz they said my card was supposed to arrive on Wed. Which i never got either... They kept on telling me they were going to send me a card but that they were charging me a fee...so thats when i felt that i had enough...so i cancelled my account and i do not regret it... They SUCK in their cust service!!
