  I been with city bank for about 10 years and never had any issues at any branch. But when I came to this branch to ask for a reference letter, the manager wanted to charge me $25 dollar for it. I also use Chase bank, and the same day I went to Chase and ask them for the same letter, they didn't charge me a cent!! If the manager wants to make some extra money, I think she has to consider not to be too expensive and make sure she is competitive.

  Today, Saturday 10/15/2016 at 1:50 pm I went to Citibank at 244 Main St. The bank was closed although the website and the sign on the door indicate that working hours on Saturday until 2:00 pm. Disappointed.

  Horrible horrible experience!!! The staff is completely unprofessional and the Manganger Almia Gonzalez is no better!! The worse expensive I've ever came across with a bank ! If I could give them no stars I honestly would
