  Customer service takes too long about one hour to wait for representatives

  The staff has poor knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code and failed to honor a check drawn from an account at their bank with out sufficient explanation beyond saying "No we don't want to do that and we refuse you service." Please do yourself a favor and bank at another location in spite of the inconvenience.

  Online says open till 6 but when I went there around 5 they were close

  Fyi on saturdays these guys are open til 2, not 3pm as it says above.. Just wanted to save the good people of astoria the inconvenience :)
