  Rude staff, they seem to not care. Manager started snorkeling when we tried to wire transfer. What a joke. Got to other near branch. They must have inferiority complex.

  sh*tty bank, sh*tty people but that's expected from these types, don't understand why others like the manager are complaining, then again she must be so rude that even her own people don't like her lol. Avoid these people as much as possible. Go to Englewood location

  Jea Y Yang is so rude. I was waiting for my turn for over 40 minutes with my baby and no one said sorry. That's fine I didn't have an appointment(That was my fault). Then she said 'I am busy' infront of me and wanted to finish with me quick. That's fine too because I didn't mean to bother her either but her attitude was so bad. She acted like she was doing my favor or something. Because she was so mean I didn't have any time to ask her some questions I had. I was almost cry. That was the worst experience in my life.

  DO NOT! get anything consultant from this woman, Jae Y.Yang. She calls herself a representative of Korean banker? LOL she is such a disrespect to our ethnicity. Why the hell is she in the front table? All she wants to do is argue with the customers and treat korean customers bunch of idiots. Isn't it a common nature for customers to have QUESTIONS? She ignores your question and laughs/giggles/ shrugs at your face for asking questions. Well, hello lady, I, MYSELF, WORKED IN A HEADQUARTER BANK. And even there we don't treat any of our customers the way you did. I feel so pity for anyone paying her poor ass. JUST USE THE ATM MACHINES PEOPLE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. 양재 (Jae Y. Yang)이라는 사람한테 절대로 상담받지 마세요. 카드 하나 바꾸려고 했다가 기분만 드럽게 상하고 나왔네요. 고객으로써 질문이 있는게 당연한건데 질문만하면 핏대 세우면서 자기 말이 맞고 손님은 모른다는 닭 취급하고. 대놓고 웃고 한숨쉬고 소리바락 지르면서 ㅋㅋ가관이 따로 없네요. ㅋㅋ 이런 사람이 한국사람이라는게 정말 창피할뿐입니다. 자고로 아주머니, 저도 은행 본사에서 일한사람이라 알건 다 알아요. 그깟 지점에서 일한다고 뭐 대단한거 아니거든요 ㅋㅋ 철좀드세요 제발. ㅋㅋ 따박따박 손님한테 언성높이고. 정말 UNPROFESSIONAL 하네요. 일 그따구로 하지 맙시다.
