  Avoid rude "Supervisor" Kenon at Window10. He is rude and unprofessional, when asked for his name took his badge off and gave me a fake name Tyrone.

  Ridiculous, it's bad enough the branch is already closing at 5:30pm, .. I race off the train to beat time , I get here on a Wednesday afternoon and the doors are closed by 5:18 ... Don't waste your time coming here .. Step it up citi , this is disheartening
