  The employees at this branch never pick up the phone. But they are nice and helpful at the location when you walk in.

  Holy moly, this place is a disaster. I went for a notary, and it took 30 minutes. People were screaming at each other. One woman came in and screamed that the ATM had taken $50 from her somehow. The only notary in the building (apparently) was helping some elderly couple with an exotic transaction involving a stack of one dollar bills for the entire time I waited. When her manager told her I needed a notary, rather than pausing the 30 seconds it takes to notarize something, she had me sit and wait for 30 minutes. The couple was still waiting there, for some reason, until after I left. Avoid this place.
