::Closed during business hours. It says open but doors locked and employees just staring.
Jade Wong
::They set up the business acct window and line but doesn’t allow you to use it and never have somebody to tell you. When you asked, the staff would tell you there’s no such a business line here and look at you as wired. It’s so ridiculous.
Stacy Gutierrez
::Stood on the citi business line, waiting for a simple transaction to be made, and the lack of communication from teller employees or not even a sign on the window was put up for reference to jump on the other line. Ridiculous, such negligence
Chuck Madu
::I have been in this branch for years. The current staff is very friendly and the manager in this branch Ann is excellent. Very professional and has the best interest of her clients at heart. Always willing to listen and attend to customer needs

::In my opinion it is not point to keep this branch open. Nothing specific. Everything doesn't reach decent financial institution level. It is sad. There is not a single thing , except for , may be, somebody job. Worth to save in the entire branch. Lack of understanding people needs or the intention to hurt the institution's prestige, but people are not working , either for their pride or for the salary. (Whatever salary or the fear to have no job , may be the reason) . Anyway, it is not only the bank but both, the bank and the customers are simply not receiving attention.
