  I go their to deposit money for subway and to exchange cash for change for the store. And today they said the money i wanted to exchange was short by 15 dollars. The 15 dollars dont make a difference but the fact that this mishap has happened at citibank is very unprofessional.And Except a few staff the rest are garbage. And they always try to sell me account which makes me very uncomfortable. There is one girl whose mouth runs like a freaking tractor, it is so annoying. Its like they are new to everything. Like a small fish when its in a tank it jumps a lot that is the behaviour of some of the staff. Very dissapointed.

  I had to go to close accounts. The young lady at the counter was so friendly and helpful, so as other staffs at the bank. The service was fast and precise. I was so impressed!

  This Citibank is pretty good, fast lines and good customer service. Would visit again.
