::One of the worst branches I have even been. It took me almost 2 hours to meet with a personal banker. If anyone want to go here, He or she has to wait at least 2 to 3 hours to see a banker.... this branch has really bad customer service experiences. For no reasons, they take too much time to take care of a customer but they don't take care well. If there's any options to give a rating 0 I would give them for sure. Such a really worst place.......

::Unprofessional and very bad customer service given by branch assistant manager Gunwantie persuades.she refused to notarized my document. She was not busy and doing nothing but talking spending her precious time. When I asked her business card, she gave me some one else’s Business card (Amy means) tellers. Which I found out unacceptable as a brunch manager doing business with me. I think she needs more training how to handle customers.

::I just want to start by saying the customer service sucks at that place and number two the female manager that they had she was always with attitude when customers ask for something and lastly the ATM MACHINES never work specially the 2 on the outside of Hillsise Avenue I mean it’s just amazing how that place operates.

::This place is a joke, I waited 40 minutes on line to get a money order , tellers behind counter are mad slow and they talk to each other while doing transactions and laughing on each other's joke as if that's the last time they are gonna be able to talk.... only two tellers were there even though the line was huge .... Citi banks service is good I have no complains but the manager working there on that particular branch needs to be changed or needs to learn customer service, it makes them look bad especially as we all know that's a prime location.
