  Citibank on southern blvd os 1 of the best citibanks there tellers are awesome i love all the staff but they got lucky with the beuatiful marisol Figueroa shes so polite n helpful n keeps line at minimum but there staff in general freindly n are all helpful 😋😀😘🏦

  The worst bank line, customer service skills sucks !! Been here 25 minutes and still on the line with 3 people ahead of me ! Only 2 tellers working ! Never again !!

  The personal is so kind, sometimes it's very busy, but in my opinion is good branch.

  Parking only big enough for two cars. Lines go quickly even when busy.

  To do a simple deposit turned into quite a ridiculous merry go round. the ATM machine wouldn't accept three 20s that it dispensed. So I proceeded to go to wait on line for the teller. there was only 2 tellers with a line of 14. finally I was next then I was directed away to the other teller. so I waited the tellers allowed two customers to skip the line because they were "sent there". Then the lady who sent us to the other line calls us and takes the deposit in a matter of a min. I find it ridiculous how this couldn't have been done earlier. instead they wasted our time. never will I come to this bank again.
