  Is a good bank but only one bank lots of atm and you can take up to 1000 dlrs no more services if you not amillonario if you are a sinple person is is not for you

  Citibank's fees are $10/month for a basic checking account. Four ways to avoid the fee; students, senior citizens, Direct Deposit + one online bill payment (which earns you reward points to redeem for gift cards) or combined balances of $1500 checking and savings. Checks are extra as well as money orders and cashiers checks but if you plan ahead with online banking, you wouldn't pay anything. If you don't have the direct deposit and aren't able to save $1500, are not a student and are not a senior (62+) then its probably not the bank for you. But I get easily $50 a year in gift cards just cause I get my check direct deposited and pay a bill at Citibank online. Considering I'd have to leave at least 25k on deposit to get that in interest, that's a deal.
