  Hugh Anderson who is the branch manager is very rude, impolite and uncivilized person. I heard he is cursing at customer! Unbelievable! Citigroup need to send him to “How to be a human being 101” class. Most customers were complaining and he says: next time go to the other branches! Don’t come back here! Shame! Real shame on you!

  Worst banking experience because of the branch manager. He is not only rude but also targeting, loud, accusing and refused to have me access my account with verification! Eventually I decided to visit another branch 3 mins away and managed to get what I needed! So clearly the manager was being vindictive and at fault which is not acceptable at all. The rest of the staff are super great though so I'm singling them out

  Hate CITI, too much security that not even myself can access to MY MONEY. Trying to contact someone at the Branch since 9am, its 11:05am and nothing!
