  I had my first experience with Citibank and the woman that helped me was beyond helpful and also extremely kind! As a previous employee in the customer service field I want to commend this branch for their welcoming atmosphere and the woman that helped me for being so wonderful. I believe her name was Deepta but I can not remember for sure. I look forward to opening an account with Citi in the future!

  After using Ayla at 1166 Branch, she truly is a gem. So nice and polite. There should be more tellers like her.

  Conveniently located in a busy area. Manager & Staff are friendly, courteous & helpful. They exercise customer services at the highest level.

  The tellers are great and go through the lines quickly. I had to change my banking account today and Farhan could not have been more helpful. Overall, a pleasant and efficient bank.
