  What happened to the ATMs here? It's Saturday and this is the closest branch to where I work. Couldn't get in and I didn't see any ATMs.

  This branch is block from my office on Water Street. The Bankers are friendly but extremely slow. Despite the Wall Street location, this branch is understaffed. I've been forced to wait over 30 minutes to meet with a banker everytime. I've been trying to open an IRA with these guys for over a month but there is rarely more than 1 banker available.
