::I have banked with First National City Bank since I was 19 and continued with Citibank. We have used this location for the 29 years that we have lived on Long Island. Whoever the staff, they are professional, helpful, courteous and knowledgable. The present staff are seamless in their execution of tranactions. Every question and concern is addressed in a friendly and helpful manner. Even with the change (very minor) of location, they did not skip a beat in their services. Parking may be a little more challenging, but overall this location is a strong five stars.
