  Racist teller, Teresa Lee did not want to withdraw money for me even after giving my ID and social security number continued to ask for more personal information embarrassing me in front of everyone while everyone cane and went. Then her supervisor did not want to withdraw money for me either lying about the transaction declining with no receipt, further embarrassing me. How did I find out she lied? Well I went to the atm to make two withdrawals and it processed fine.

  Worst service I ever experienced with a Citibank. The only thing that the management in branch knows how to do is saying no.
