::On Nov 22, 2017 someone walked into this Citibank branch with a Fake I.D. from CT, and was allowed to withdraw almost $6,000 of my savings. Citibank has yet to give me a logical reason how this happened, nor have I received my funds back. This is unacceptable!!! Beware of the tellers at this bank!
