  Literally the worst bank in the world only one person working there and I was asked to leave because I ddnt have an appmnt

  Since the first time I've walked in here, every single transaction I've had has been very good. All the tellers are consistently helpful and friendly. They all also don't seem to try to rush us, they just make sure we're taken care of and that our needs are met. The manager, or so she seems, is also very friendly with checking up on us at the line and seeing what we need help with to see if she can assist herself. Overall, phenomenal customer service and glad I opened an account with Citi.

  I think they have changed the hours. The bank opens at 10 am Monday through Friday now. Last time, I went there to make a deposit at 9 am but unfortunately, the front door was locked, then I realized that it is not open until 10 am.
