::Got in to the bank, signed in on the sheet too and waited 10 mins no one came to help me. Even though there was a employee available doing nothing. Then someone just comes and she takes her no appointment no sign in nothing just starts chatting with her!

::I went twice for a mailing issue on my card that I ordered online twice and never came in the mail. Explained this to them and brought every identification with me and still couldn’t get a card for my account. Very unsatisfied and not helpful. It’s bad enough that the mail agent isn’t doing their job but the service at Citibank isn’t helping my case.

::Very unorganized, I walked in at 8:45 to open a new bank account and waited one hour and they didnt even call me. One person was ahead of me and I was next in line , I look up and a random lady who was not even in the list of names was on the chair being attended meanwhile I was left unattended. Very disappointed with this place, it is the second time this happens.

::Michelle Pacheco NMLS i.d: 832501 needs to be retrained in customer service she's has threatened to call the cops to escort me out because I didn't want to deal with rudeness and it was completely unprofessional of her to ask me if I had papers. This woman has had now 2 problems with me and when I spoke with her boss all she did was make excuses for her and she asked me to just deal with Luis. This bank is a joke and that Michelle woman should be ashamed to be hispanic for the way she has made customers feel and Citibank should be ashamed to have a person like her as an employee, if you need a bank go elsewhere because this branch needs new management.
