  Horrible I just went there and was only doing a simple payment yet it took 30 minutes to even reach a teller. This bank always have only 2 tellers some people take so much time which only makes a line of people this bank should really have at least 4 tellers to make the waiting time shorter .

  I had more then 4k in my checking account, Citibank bank locked my account for no reason, and they won't give me a actual reason. They only refunded $900... Shame on you Citibank for stealing my money. I should have listened to my friends and opened with you guys. Citibank are thieves

  I wish I could give -5 stars. This has been by far the worst experience I've had at any bank... The branch manager is a worthless, rude, un empathetic, spineless dirty looking, cheap suit wearing employee. The tellers are ignorant, they look unhappy and are abusive if you contest anything they say and their answer to everything is to push you to the side and make you wait till you give up. I've been here 3 times to simply try to withdraw the money I deposited. They mailed me a check because I didn't sign dsocuments in a timely manner (fair enough right?) Well they refused to cash the check they sent me FROM CITIBANK. They were unwillinglling to help me, descriminated against me and were rude. I've never made a review in my life. I encourage everyone thinking of going with citibank to stay away. Find another bank. Get a pre paid lol...Or at least another branch to bank with. Adolfo is the worst manager I've seen and I worked for Wells and BofA 12 years. The employees there lack empathy, customer service and the know how to do their job. If how they behave at work is any indication of their personal life I'm sure is a disaster which makes sense why their service is terrible. Because you have hired terrible people to work at your branch. What a bunch of losers they have working there. They would be better fit for a check cashing place.

  I love Citibank being a person that transitions back and forth from and to Mexico this bank allows you to withdraw money there free of charge. Self serve ATM and to wherever I have been staff is always well trained and are super friendly and willing to help no matter what.
