  3:45am No sign on the door saying they are closed. Young gentalman was washing windows and saw me trying to open the door and instead of telling me that they were closed, he ignored me. Homeless people around harassing.

  Phone called in and asked a female clerk a question regarding her business location re: an auto car sales place right across the street and she said they were veey bysy with a long line of customers. Ok, i do understand that being the business it is dyring bysinwss hours byt her cystomer service skills in the professional field of being able to multi task is common but very uncommon being known to beable to multi task her hired profession in being hired to posess CSR, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/CASHIER, Tour guide information if needed by lost pedistrian, Tourists, commumity Customer Service help should be availably known by any employer(whichis known to have a high ratio definition of robberies, etc (should be a must due to hiring professional emplyees; business would run alot smoother, noticeable as a known top neighborhood store rated for high demands in CSR

  The store clerks can't help the fact that, the beggers and homless hangout there! They still try to maintain a professional atmosphere. Kind, helpful, and courteous.😁
