  Hello, I live in Champaign, Illinois. I frequent the Circle K on Springfield Avenue. I have been going to this store since I got my first car (I’m 46 now) I continue to go to this store despite there being 2 other gas stations closer to my home. I do this because the staff at this store are AMAZING. They are kind, friendly and courteous. Over the years, the regulars have taken the time to know my name and I theirs. I received a phone call this morning from this store. Marcia called to let me know she found my wallet!! Apparently I left it at the counter last night during Grady’s shift. Marcia took the time to locate me and reach out to me. I hadn’t even realized yet I had lost my wallet! Talk about pro-active!! I cannot tell you how very much I appreciate your employees at this location!!!! I manage a team of 20 Customer Service Representatives and I know what good Customer Service is.. This epitomizes superior service!!! Please, please acknowledge Marcia and the staff at Circle K on Springfield Avenue in Champaign, Illinois.   The CAR WASH 100% best in Champaign-Urbana don't be fooled my friends! I was stunned to find this after all of the so-called, fancy, car washes were limp and mediocre for all of the cost they want and often poor attitudes! I've tested them all tried and true as my vehicle is my business and must stay looking good between hand washes! Just skip the others, take my word for it this is where you want to go and really operational late night so was even better value coming by at 11PM!

  Clean restrooms every time I have been in any Circle K. ❤ Larger Circle K's have 7-8 fountain choices. Also, usually small selection of fresh donuts. Lottery, various vehicle products, ie, oil, heet, stp, etc. Good variety of snacks n bottled waters n beverages

  Not a single customer or EMPLOYEE wearing a mask on Jan 2, when Champaign’s numbers are through the roof. The cashier helpfully assured me that he wasn’t sick and masks aren’t required in IL. Not hard to figure out why Champaign’s numbers are so bad.

  Here's the thing everything us great but. If I am in here at 148am like I was today. And I'm holding money out to you for my items in your hand. And some guy whoms over getting nachos tells at you about cups for cheese. Please finish my transaction, do not make me w8 for you to help him find a cup for his cheese, because he is rude and yelled across the store.
