::Nice and clean with interesting line up of shops. I don't see how the shops stay in business. Seems like everyone is window shopping and not buying anything (other than food). Great place to go for souvenirs for the family

::Honestly, during normal hours the mall is pretty decent. Some of the food court is unremarkable, while some is quite good. Good selection of most stores, though they are fairly lacking in men's shoes now that one store closed. The reason I'm leaving such a negative review is that I went to see a late showing of a movie which got out at 130, well after closing. I had parked on the first parking level, close to the pay booths. As I stepped down the escalators and went for the door, I found it locked. I found all the doors level P1 locked. There were other cars besides mine on that level still. I had a moment of legitimate panic. I live four miles away--would I have to walk or perhaps Lyft? Would I come back to a ridiculous parking charge? Luckily the P2 elevator lobby doors were unlocked and I was able to walk up the ramp to P1 (pretty sure there are signs advising against pedestrians on the ramp). Either the security got lazy or complacent and locked up before they should have, or this building's policies need changing. There was no obvious signage or warning that P1 would be inaccessible at that hour to exiting guests. That is simply unacceptable.

::Went to see the new Avengers movie. Pricey theater. $35 for 2 tickets. Place was clean. Seats were comfortable. They have the reclining style seats. Staff was friendly

::I wish I lived in this area and could come to the mall all the time. There is walking access by sky-bridges from all the major hotels and attractions. I enjoyed the selection of stores and the food court was OK too. One thing to consider is access to the second level if you are not able to handle stairs. There are escalators and they seem to be spaced pretty well to give easy access.

::A great 3 story mall with many shops and eating options. You can't go wrong stopping in here if you are in downtown Indianapolis. For dinner I would recommend one of the steakhouses out on the street however. Bathroom facilities good for families. Ample escalators for those with mobility issues.
