  There's no denying it's slow but it's a new location that's still hiring so that could easily change. Plus the delay is caused by caution and ensuring everything is right (and a degree of unfamiliarity) not laziness, carelessness etc which, personally makes a difference. The food itself is fantastic and the staff exceedingly good natured and friendly. Can easily see this being 5 stars in time
