  After going to this theater for years, it appears they no longer can afford to care about their establishment or they are shutting down. It used to be so nice and now it's not enjoyable in the least. The reviews over the last year do not lie. The seats are absolutely disgusting, worn out, and greasy. The staff that I encountered was extremely rude. They do not have many items in stock for the concessions. This will be the last time I visit this theater. Delray paragon theaters will now be my new location to watch movies. Trust me, try a different location than this boca cinemark.

  Love this place it’s really big they have every latest release you could want to watch! What an incredible experience and pleasure to spend time! If you’re looking for cocktails and snacks they have it! Right in the heart of Boca!! Relax, enjoy, and live it up!

  Shockingly pleased! Recliner plush leather seats with a full bar next to the concession stand. Everything was great! Picked the seats before arrival (on fandango) and walked in with apple wallet. Simple and easy. Lots of parking plus $5 valet if you want to splurge. The only thing I would have wanted is for the screen to be larger (from corner to corner) but now I’m nitpicking.

  Great place to go out to the movies. Plenty of parking spaces though valet parking takes a lot of spaces directly in front of the theater. Staff is very friendly and ready to help when needed. My suggestion is to buy your tickets online, you can also buy popcorn sodas and candy online, schedule everything to be ready 10 min before the movie starts that way you ho straight to your sit, no lines, no waiting to pay for anything. Sit are confortable and now they even have a tray to hold your popcorn while you watch your movie.

  Excellent theater, not crowded. Love the decor. We were upstairs. The concession upstairs were not open. So if you wanted something you need to get it before you go up. Sound was good but a little low. Picture was perfect. Plenty of parking.
