::They are called Cilantros but they didn't even know what it is. The cut the burritos in half making it very difficult to eat. The flavour was ok but not great. I would go to a different taco/burrito place next time.

::Asada tacos are great but what’s going on with your salsas? They taste strange now.. my favorite used to be green mild now it taste sour. Don’t sacrifice the experience for profits.

::I ordered food from here over the phone. They said it would be a 10 minute wait and when I got there they were all looking at each other's phones and had not even started the order yet. Once they finished everything and I paid the waitress asked me if I wanted my change (she wanted a tip) I said yes and then they all stared at me as if I shouldn't have done that. I felt threatened so I decided to leave a tip. Unfortunately I will go back as I love the food at cilantro and it is close to me but I really hope people like this don't continue to work there.

::Tacos were great but the girl at the front desk seems like her service stinks. I even gave her a tip and she did not even say thank you! Only handed me receipt and turn her back to go chit chat. At least say have a great night. If you want people coming back, provide a better service. 3 stars because of food and clean environment. I have been in the food industry for 13 years. Speaking from experience.

::The food was OK, the service; well now. I entered the restaurant one cashier was on phone and the other on her cell phone. I stood in front of the register for well over 3mns without any acknowledgements. What happened to the times of "Customer comes 1st" but Cilantro does not care they are already well established business with locations throughout.
