  when i was going to this location for psoriatic arthritis it was one of the best sites of all Cigna Health Care locations. i actually got to know people for visits every 7 to 8 weeks. i am sure there were some understandable reasons for closing the facility. since they closed , i have to go to the Arizona Arthritis and Rheumatology and Arthritis Associates in Glendale. it's a new building on Beverly Lane Road. the new Cigna location @ 3003 N. 3rd St. ( i think i got the location address right ) , is a brand new building and i wish i knew why they don't have rheumatology or arthritis treatment / doctors. it makes no sense " to me. " i realize that this page is for rate and review , but it's nothing anymore and i have to travel to Glendale for my treatment. it costs me a lot to go there and i take a cab now and back & forth from the Glendale location costs me ( round trip ) about $ 60.00 to $ 70.00. Tack on the $ 30.00 copay & my back and forth and it's around $ 100.00 a visit. i just wish i knew why they closed the facility. Thank You , Don Barajas
