  Nice place to eat. Food was okay, kinda cold but still was a nice place to eat if you ask for when the pizza is going to come out.

  Best Cici's I've been to. Really friendly staff. Clean and well presented tasty food. Plus I really like being able to get your own custom pizza as part of the buffet.

  Cici's is such a great value. This location has a smaller buffet section so it will not have as much variety as some of the bigger locations. You can order a custom pizza which is what I always do. The owner is very proactive and interacts with guests to make sure they are satisfied with their visit. The busboy was doing a great job of keeping the tables cleared and cleaned when guests left. The floors were all clear as well. They kept the buffet stocked during the evening dinner rush. I was impressed.

  I can understand how people can be petty with their negative reviews, but really "I want a drink refund because I'm on doctors orders of no caffeine and they are out of Sprite." You should have had water to begin with. Cicis is not a swanky place. You're paying $5.99 for a buffet and $1.99 for a soft drink. What are you people expecting? This place is great for the lunch crowd. The staff is never rude, but over exceedingly helpful. I always order a personal pizza for the table and it's always correct. The place is small, therefore, they cannot carry a large selection. If you're vegetarian a cheese, spinach or buffalo pizza (sans chicken) are good options as well as the pasta and salad. For the price and location (Heights), this place is a good deal. Parking is easy. This is a GREAT place if you like to dine alone, which I have done without judgment. The manager is a nice fella, he just has to deal with all kinds of people. I come here with coworkers...again this place is great for the lunch crowd.
