  Called this "brilliant" organization regarding a position they had open. A person I talked to refused to transfer me to their HR department. Told her that I had specific questions about the position, and in order to avoid spending time on application process, I would like to have them answered prior to applying. She told me to go through application process anyways, get an interview, and THEN have my questions answered. Never received such terrible service before. If this is the way they treat potential employees, what is the level of their customer service?
