  The best restaurant around for authentic Portuguese food!!! My family and I have been coming to the Churrasqueira Bairrada for years, whether it’s for a nice dinner out or for a celebration. The food is always delicious and the owner and staff are wonderful!

  Great service and reasonable price. Very ordinary Portuguese decoration. We have mixture comment on the food we had, I think we need to try other items on the menu in order to give it a fair comment on the food. It was our first time there. What we would recommend are Suckling Pig (weekend only) and Heavenly Whites for dessert, that’s my wife super favorite.

  I've been going here since 1998. Amazing food. The chicken is a must. The all you can eat meat option is incredible. The true star is the Turkey wrapped in Bacon and the Sausage. A long wait, but worth it and a friendly staff. Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Mineola and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Reasonably priced. Lunch menu is cheaper. Parking on the street is available but it fills up fast especially on the weekends and at night. There's a parking lot in the back. Try the Heavenly Cloud Dessert!!!!

  Fell in love with this place. great food, great wine but best of all great staff. they were friendly, personable yet professional. The place itself is beautiful. great place to go for lunch or dinner. my father recommended this place to me and I'm recommending to others!

  Always amazing! This place barbecues over 2 thousand chickens a week. And that's not because they hate chickens, they love them. The best tasting chicken anywhere, and you can smell it cooking from miles away. The same faces have been staff here for decades and are top professional wait staff. The recipes are delicious and the meat is fresh. Parking is a bit tight but they provide attendants outside to help. There's always a wait on the weekends so plan on getting here early or waiting. They have an all you can eat meat option but I always get the chicken. Dessert is amazing too so save room. My wife likes the heavenly white, which is a layered cup of caramel, cream and what I can only describe as Graham crackers crumbs. We usually get Luis as our waiter but all of them are A+ It's no wonder why the wall in the front is filled with celeb pics and citations from local chambers of commerce.
