  Service here is TERRIBLE. I had to wait about 15 mins just to place an order and when I got to place my order they didn't have what I wanted. The workers are very rude.

  Every time I go there the stuff never friendly 4 times never have ketchup asked to speak to the manager she said thry only order one box so my question to her was why not tell the person that ordering french fries that you do not have ketchup up before the order is completed. If I had another location that was closer I would go to that location I hate this location

  Quite possibly the worst Churches Chicken in all of the United States and beyond! There's never any spicy chicken, employees spend more time entertaining their boyfriends and girlfriends than taking orders and keeping the place sanitary, the staff is so rude and ghetto that it's a wonder that the business is still allowed to operate with the current staff. And did I mention the free food that i witnessed them give to their friends? Maybe that's where the spicy chicken is going.

  this is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST location there is in the New Orleans and surrounding areas!!! The staff is SUPER unfriendly. There is NEVER any sides after 9 pm! the staff will leave you unattended at the drive-thru and then when you say "Hello"...wait for it..."go head with your order" As if I'M THE PROBLEM.....full of attitude! I just drove off. I F'n HATE that this is the closest location to my home. It is sad, just awful!!! If I could find Bombers else wheres.........Horrible location!

  This is the worst Churches there is. You always have an 45min to hour wait. The place is old and unsanitary, there is never enough staff. The worst.
