::Horrible!! waited in line for 24 minutes and no one still came to the window. We kept repeating hello! Finally someone comes out 5 minutes later after that and tells us that their headset is broken but they still have the headsets on smh!

::Ordered 10 pc chicken with 4 poppers, lg mashed and gravy, lg green beans and sm Cole slaw and 6 extra biscuits. Didn't get mashed potatoes, gravy or all of our biscuits. Biscuits didn't have Honey on them. Green beans came in 3 small cups that weren't even half full and the lids weren't closed all the way so the juice went everywhere and the poppers we're cold. Not something you'd want during the dinner rush.

::I came back to change my review on them. This is the worst customer service ever. I pulled up and they asked me to back up and pull back up not once but twice. Then I got to the window and got asked the same thing. They also had an attitude. They need to do some customer service training or the managers need to take a pay cut when they act like this. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!! Now I see why they have different workers here EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME BACK.
