  The place was hot, it's like they have no idea what an a/c is. It took about 20 before we got any service, mind you, we were the only ones here. The food is mediocre at best. They do not accept military dispite being near military housing, sad. Dont go here. UPDATE: The food was extremely salty, except for the corn nuggets. Those were great.

  This is a very friendly place to eat oh and the staff is so friendly i.would always come back here to eat

  This place does not disappoint me, it's a fantastic little place with extremely agreeable prices. It's one of the few places where I can get a country fried steak for less than $6 and it's not garbage. This is one of the least expensive places in all of San Antonio to eat and this particular Church's Chicken I think is run by a family. Regardless, this is also one of the few fast food places where I can walk in and the people actually know me and my common orders. The amount of fast food places that actually recognize me where the workers don't get fired every few months so there's a sense of continuousy I can count on one hand.

  It's a bit scruffy but the spicy chicken was actually pleasantly spicy. The fries could've been crisper. The jalapeno things aren't great, but that's likely a corporate issue rather than the local franchise.

  There are several problems with this establishment that don't include the food. The location is great but the building is literally falling apart. The is evidence of water damage throughout the interior and not attempt has been made to remodel. I was afraid to go to the restroom based on other reviews. I went right before lunch hour and there were only two people working, one at the counter and the other at the drive through. The line inside quickly built up and I know some people waited almost 15 minutes to place their orders. Once the orders were placed, many had to wait because the chicken hadn't been prepared yet. The ice tea was beginning to sour which meant it was probably left over from the day before. Again, this place is in a great location, it's too bad they don't take care of it.
