  Went here last year for rehab when I had my left hip replaced - back this year for the right hip replacement rehab. Caring and friendly staff - 5 stars from me - would recommend to everyone as a great place for any type of rehab.

  For both a shoulder and a knee injury, I received outstanding care from Steve Churchill. He's very knowledgeable and took the time to fully understand my injury and to devise and excellent treatment plan. I highly recommend this practice.

  I had pain in my hips when bending or walking for some time. Churchill Orthopedic was recommended to me so I went there and was treated by Dr. Brian Munoz. Dr. Munoz was highly competent and professional and within 3 or 4 sessions the pain lessened and by the end of the treatment period was completely gone! The associate people at Churchill were also competent and ever cheerful and supportive and contributed to the positive atmosphere. Together all involved made it a satisfying and even enjoyable experience!

  I had a very positive experience at Churchill. My therapist was Dr. Bryan Munoz. He was very professional and set up a program for me that had excellent results. My balance improved and I gained strength and flexibility in my legs which helped my knee immensely. After I finished the course of treatment I signed up for Churchill's Aftercare program which allowed me to come and continue my exercises under Bryan's supervision until I felt ready to continue exercising on my own. It is a great program. Churchill supports its therapists with a encouraging support staff who are there to help in any way they can. Patrick, Amy and Evelyn always made me feel that I was working hard and cheered me on. The atmosphere at Churchill is warm and supportive. I highly recommend them.

  I was a customer with Churchill Rehab and have nothing but good experience with them. Bryan Munoz is a friendly and knowledgeable Physical Therapist who did all needed for a speedy recovery. I am now fully healed from my torn calf muscle and am still following his at home schedule to keep my calf strong and injury free. The place is conveniently located right of route 4 and is full of friendly staff in a warm and clean environment. Proffessionalitty mixed with friendliness equals good experience and speedy recovery. I would recommend this facility to anyone and have.
