  The homeless population takes over this park. You can't just find a seat and relax because they've pretty much camped out there. There is a full time police presence though.

  Beautiful landscaping. The workers could be a little nicer, but the homeless that hang out there are very nice and polite.

  It's across from the library.. mostly inhabited by ostensibly homeless folks. I can see it out the window of my office.. always watched by usually at least two police officers.. they installed cameras so it can be remotely monitored as well... it's as much fun as it sounds
