  The bouncer here has rudely turned me away multiple times and almost confiscated my ID, despite being of legal age. He requested I go get the police myself to get my ID back; the experiences were incredibly frustrating. I understand it’s fair to scrutinize, but at least have the bouncers trained to judge correctly at the end of the day – otherwise, the presence of a bouncer is delegitimized altogether.

  Spacious, great beer menu, bartenders and staff are amazing ... Food don't get no better

  Awesome little-known beer hall located in the basement level of Georgetown's shopping strip. They have a great open layout with 2 floors, couches, long tables and bar seating options. They have a large list of beers on tap and a solid bar menu (loaded pork fries were amazing). Mostly younger college scene here, but that's to be expected in this area. Unfortunately, during my visit they were having issues with their TV's during weekend playoff games :(

  Really cute, cozy place. Good ambiance and lots of space to bring a group! Only downside is the service is really slow. Takes a long time to get a drink at the bar.

  This tucked-away beer hall is just steps away from the C&O canal. An industrial, two-storied, expansive room greets patrons as they venture down the basement steps. Many large tabels, couches, games, and outlets are available. Surely this will watering hole will become an establishment with the younger crowd.
